Please Note: I always recommend starting any cleanse on a Friday or Saturday so you can see how you body will react to cleansing (more frequent bathroom visits, headaches from caffeine or sugar withdrawal, or just tiredness as the body releases all those toxins).
3) What grocery items do you need to purchase? I found a great list of cleanse approved foods over at the blog www.onefunmom.com. Take a look through your fridge, freezer and pantry cross of what you already have, note what you need and make a trip to the store!
4) SUPPORT! Who in your family, of your friends or at work can help to support you? They don't need to do the cleanse with you, but these allies can be great for checking in, joining you for a walk around the block or sharing a great, healthy recipe!
