Yoga participants will learn basic yoga poses while maintaining a playful, fun class experience through games, props and music. Classes focus on building self-confidence, strength and concentration while linking classroom learning with yogic principals. Children are encouraged to express themselves while learning the basic yoga principles of respect to self and others.
Yoga classes with Meghan Jane vary in length from 15 - 60 minutes. Classes may be held at your home, daycare, school, community center or church. One-time classes or ongoing, weekly sessions can be booked.
